Project Manager

The Project Manager will work with multiple CourtView teams to manage and deliver customer’s projects. Project Managers work with our customers' leadership, accounting, and operational teams to transition their organization to new levels of efficiency and functionality utilizing CourtView’s software solutions. Experience managing software implementations, fixed-price projects and a thorough understanding of project management methodologies is a must! Up to 50% travel is required.

Trainer - Court Experience Required

The Trainer will develop and provide training to our customers in the justice system. We need applicants who have 2+ years of court operational experience or court case management system training. In return, we’ll make you an expert in our software suite. The Trainer will act as a training expert for both customers and internal staff, including project managers account managers, product managers and customer care staff. In addition, they will have the opportunity to assist the customer with configuring our software to specifically address the customer’s needs. Please note that this is a high-travel position: 80% travel is expected. Our next Trainer can work remotely but will need to reside in Ohio.
