Trinity County, Blue Earth County and City of Mankato select DAMION Attorney Case Management System
CourtView Justice Solutions today announced three new additions to the growing number of attorney offices choosing DAMION for their case management system (CMS) software solutions.
The Blue Earth County Attorney’s Office (MN) and the Mankato City Attorney’s Office (MN) each have selected the Criminal, Civil, Victim/Witness and Discovery modules as well an eCharging interface that streamlines the entire process by eliminating time-consuming data entry tasks.
"In a time of budget cuts and increasing case loads, DAMION’s capabilities will allow us to move forward into the future of technology. Interfacing capabilities will allow us to be more efficient and cost effective, stated Renee Howard, Legal Asst & Victim/Witness Coordinator for Blue Earth County.
DAMION automates principal functions and responsibilities that helps increase office productivity and significantly reduces hours spent on managing cases and all the paper that goes along with them.
Trinity County’s District Attorney Office (CA), is implementing the DAMION Criminal module for processing criminal cases and the Discovery module for the storage and electronic generation of disclosure packets for delivery to defense counsel. In addition to implementing these modules for the District Attorney’s office, CJS is converting data from the DA’s legacy CMS.
“After viewing a demo of DAMION, it appeared to enable users to do more as well as do it more easily and efficiently, without more headcount. Users at all levels (administrators, users, reporting personnel, etc.) were highly complimentary about their experiences in working with CJS. I would have to say that I share the enthusiasm that everyone else had! A great product without great customer service would not be a successful purchase for us, no matter what the price,” stated Donna Harrison, Administrative Services Officer from Trinity County DA’s Office.
