eAccess helps you use resources more effectively by enabling reallocation of staff to other work and away from handling inquiries about public records, pulling files for parties at the counter, tracking those files, making copies, preparing receipts and then re-filing everything! Instead, eAccess lets you respond to constituents' desire for more immediate information - electronic access from anywhere.
With eAccess, you can easily decide to display more (or less) case and person details, depending on who's accessing the information. That's because it supports configurable 'portals' for registered access versus general public look-ups; allowing the clerk and court to control who can see which information. Registered users are authenticated against their cases (for example, attorneys or parties of record) and their case list is immediately available for further filtering or drilling into details.
